Nah, you dont have to worry if your stuff is painted or not. No best army prize (but will look better in pics) but by all means if you want to use this as an impetus to getting some painting done then cool!
The idea for the campaign is something different and I'll detail it in full (the fluff behind it anyway)
But im thinking of using the setting as a perpetual world/system that all the games we play in over here can take place in. Its a big system (eventually) with many worlds, different worlds. Im going to be able to make use of my Mighty Empires Tiles and the Planetary Empires Tiles ill be getting sometime soon.
