Never let it be said that Hollywood lacks original ideas!
some that I am personally looking forward too are:
28 months later (Although not strictly zombies the infected have the same vibe about them... that is all that is required. Plus this time it should be affecting most of Europe if not the world)
300 2 (They have a full year of 'history' to fill in. Plus the style of the first movie was awesome!)
Alien 5 (They are talking prequel with this one. Maybe set just before Aliens and the taking over of the 'shake and bake' colony? Could be very cool indeed.)
Blair Witch Project 3 (should be 2 as they are disregarding second film existence YAY!)
Bruce VS Frankenstein (you can not go wrong with Bruce Campbell)
Chronicles of Riddick 3 (His only great character in any of his movies)
Cloverfield 2 (nah, its gonna be shit its from the monsters pertspective... guess who said that piece of crap?)
District 9 Sequel or Prequel ('Fookin Prawns' that should be the tag line)
Evil Dead IV (Campbell again... and Sam Raimi writing directing oh yeah!)
Friday the 13th part 2 (should it be titled Friday the 20th???)
Ghostbusters 2 (Awesome... but leave out the moving landmarks ok?)
Gremlins 3d (Its gremlins which means mogwais which means.... well... mogwais!)
I am Legend (I'd prefer a prequel... the original outbreak would be cool but very different from the solitary feeling of the first movie. Plus Will Smith can return to his role!)
Indiana Jones 5 (Indy is cool and Harrison Ford can still carry the role. Just don't let Shia keep the hat... please!)
Jurrasic Park 4, 5 + 6 (Dinosaurs... maybe they could take to the ocean for one? seems logical)
Kill Bill Vol 3 (Set 10 years after the first 2. I have a feeling Carradine will not be back to fill the role as Bill)
Lemony Snicket 2 (The oldest of the 3 siblings is smoking hot now. No other reason required)
Mad Max 4 (but no Mel.... still should be good.)
Men in Black 3 (Will Smith, nuff said)
National Treasure 3 (Nic Cage, conspiracies, mystery intrigue.... these movies rock! Anyone seen the Librarian movies?)
Paranormal Activity 2 (surprised this will get made as the reception for the first one did not go so well as the robots in our society today demand explosions and all matter of CGI to keep them happy ....)
Silent Hill 2 (The first movie was imo the greatest video game to movie adaptation. I hope they can pull it off again)
The Thing Sequel (one of the best scifi/thrillers/horrors ever made. Dont f*ck this one up)
Twister 2 (Bill Paxton + Flying Cow = Success. Rinse and repeat and you will have your movie!)
Zombieland 2 (Its a zombie film)
