post links to sites that make minis suitable for BB, or jsut post up pictures of any you like the look of miniatures are available from various places, GW e.g. Tea Tree Plaza, City, Marion, Military Hobbies on port road often has several genuine BB teams www.shadowforge.com.au have teams suitable www.milsims.com.au has a huge range of GW BB teams at the moment for less than retail. I jsut spotted this guy and thought he'd make a good addition to my team, not that I can be bothered ordering atm.  |

just got an order from milsims.com.au, took 2 days.
I can't believe they have the boxed game for $120something dollars, 12 years ago it was $100.
Was just thinking wouldn't it be good if they made some plastic multipart kits for some of the popular races in BB, with different torsos, heads hands etc so you can make up as many catchers or blitzers or linemen as you wanted! GW hear me!

my gaspez arts Ogre and minotaur arrived today from Impact I'm very happy with them, particularly the mutation options, I will be magnetizing the hands and tentacles and claw to enable easy mutation.   |

the following teams area available in australia at online stores for $68 (at milsims.com.au or gamingdragon.com.au). That's about $5 per miniature, not too shabby in this day and age considering it is all you need to field a whole team.

newsflash, milsims have dropped their prices even further, ~$63 THe box set is $103.50, only $3.50 more than I paid for it some 10-15 years ago! Awesome. I just ordered some more bb minis, an Orc team from gamingdragon.com.au and some halflings, skaven mutants and extra orcs from milsims.com.au Good stuff, might need a bigger miniatures case though.  |

I certainly didn't want something else bad to happen due to unpainted minis- one dead vamp is bad enough heading into the playoffs!
I had yesterday off after a busy month, so I took the opportunity to paint him up. Those blood dragons are really easy, red cloak, lots of gold for the full body armour, a small amount of flesh, highlight/wash and done.
Unfortunately I think the varnish might have smudged some of the finer highlighting, but it'll do for now and I might decide he needs a touchup.
I should be getting Orcs and Skaven any day now, so I wanted to get him out of the way and ready for the playoffs on wednesday!
