Broken Shield

Quoty Stuff
This will be a standard 4 game fantasy tournament with no additional rules or flavor. This is to get everyone down pat with the rules thouroughly before I run a bigger tournament a little down the track.
There will only be places for 12 players max until otherwise posted.
$12 gives you entry as well as a place to crash at my place if required. Shenanigans/after party back at my place aswell after the event. BYO stuff.
Everyone gets a souvineer and as the idea of people collecting tags is catching on I think I'll be doing more of those but with a different shape to deliniate the events you have been to!
This event is open to all who wish to take part!
Games
Four games will be played and these games will have a six turn two hour time limit with penalties for players unable to get their games finished ontime.

1010 Welcomes and a brief rundown of the rules and a final round of queries and answers.
1020 First games announced and tables located
1030 – 1230 First round played
1250 Second round games announced and tables located
1300 – 1500 Second round played
1520 Third round games announced and tables located
1530 – 1730 Third round games played
1750 Final round games announced and tables located
1800 – 2000 Final round games played
2030 Winners announced, souvineers handed out and final speech. Clean up and then exodus from Movie Nights back to my place for afterparty etc etc.
As you can see this is a pretty full timetable with a lot of gaming. As such please try to make it to the event on time. There is 20minutes free time between the games in order for you to manage your army aswell as fill out your results etc. Smokers, this is the best time to accommodate your addiction.
Afterparty
As with all tournaments held at Greenacre Gamers there will be a afterparty held back at my house for all manner of shenanigans etc.
I have a large shed which should be able to accommodate anyone wishing to crash at my place for the night so if you are prone to sleep feel free to bring a swag as no bedding will be provided.
The afterparties are strictly BYO affairs!

A copy of your army book (I do not care what form it is in as long as you can easily refer to it)
The tournament is not catered at all so make sure you have food and dring (or monies) to sort yourself out.
If you are heading back to mine afterwards and want to sleep bring your own bedding.

If for any reason you need to pull out of this event then I need to know 2 weeks prior to the 28th of August as this is when I will be ordering the tags. If you pull out after this date you will still be required to pay a $8 fee so I can cover the cost.
