so i did manage to get my list to 12500 but discovered that not everything made it up here specifically a autocannon squad some inquisitorial stormtroopers in a rhino and one of my guardsmen squads as well as a few models from my inq lords retinue
anyway looking at what you posted about the mission im assuming that we will be rolling for reservers rather than the usial rules for apoc?
also does my astropath effect all of my team or just me?
and if just me does it pass across to all 4 of the forces im bringing?

Any character or model that you take with rules that give buffs will only affect your models in your army. This also depends on the wording of the rules. If a rule says something like 'any guardsman in your army' or 'any orc boy' in your army it will only effect those things. If it says 'effects all in your army' then it effects everyone.
Yes, will be using regular reserve rules for 40k

yeah checked the wording on it first "all of your reserve rolls"
heh running on standard reserves means im going to be getting a lot more use out of both the astopath and officer of the fleet
i only took em for the re rolls on outflanking units

AS I've said in the GG board I will be doing one of two things 1. I may be able to find some poor soul to do my kitchen duty on Sunday in which case I ought to be there on time. 2. I will have to turn up after kitchen duty which will mean around 8 arrival time at a wild guess. I suppose I could form a reserve force. I've not yet worked out a list but I hardly need to - just plop it all on  Have you worked out teams yet? might be able to allow for my arrival then |

We have not worked out teams yet as we may have other randoms coming along.
At 12 I will see who is there and there approx points values and run it from there. Would be good if we can get a good versus evil thing going and at this stage it looks like we will be. The good guys will be getting slightly outnumbered so when you rock up you can help aid the battle with your Tau forces!
It would be great to see you there from the start but if you can only make it later that shall be swell aswell!

You don't have to be absolutely clinical with your list. Just a good approximate will suffice. I'll be rounding off all lists to the closest 500pts anyways when deciding who is on what side etc.

I'll be there at about 11:30am.
Table is set, terrain is pretty much placed its really just a job of people getting there at 12-12:30 so I can run down through the 'house rules' and all the other formalities.
