Alex, I have updated the AFOUL format spreadsheet.
I still can't work out how to add a file to my post. I have tried cut and paste to the message box. I can't see any toolbox option to add a file. Even tried the "Add Tags" in the modify Post option. So if anyone has any advice that would be great. Thanks.
