Speaking of representing - saw this in the coach's pack.
BATTLE OF THE SA LEAGUES
Now that SA has at least 3 separate leagues running, this year will see the introduction of a new trophy for the Best League in South Australia. Scoring for this trophy will be as follows:
• At the start of the tournament each SA-based coach can nominate a league that they wish to represent at SSB (or not, if they aren’t playing in a league).
• At the end of the tournament the top 3 scores from the coaches in each league are added together.
• The league with the highest score wins!
You definitely don’t need to be a big league to win the award as only 3 coaches are needed to qualify. However, the more coaches from your league you can get attending SSB, the more scores you have to choose from. The winning league will get bragging rights as the best league in SA, along with a spiffy trophy to display at their league headquarters.

Yeah, I spoke with Adam about this, personally I think it would be better if the best coach within each league was rewarded, for bragging rights among his mates, rather than pitting the leagues against each other, but whatever- its all good. Its not going to make me play to win, but does add another wrinkle for people to think about.
Regarding the club T-shirts, they are $25, which is cost price (the club isn't making a profit on them) and if we do a group order we can get free delivery.
So if you want to save on the delivery charge wait a while and I can do an order for whichever of you want a club shirt.
Also, since tickets to SSB are $25 and the shirts are $25, anyone who wants both can give me $50 at some stage and I'll pay for both, ie do a group order for the shirts and a group bank transfer to Olaf the SSB TO.
There's still time yet, but give it some thought.

There will be an award given out for the best placed AFOUL, CCKUP and SABBL player at SSB 2011. There won't be a trophy given out for this but it will give the best player from each league bragging rights, a nice laminated certificate and may get you a slightly higher prize pick. There will also be a "Best Team" award given out. Teams will be made up of 3-5 players and don't have to belong to the same league or anything. Dent has kindly agreed to help provide a trophy for this award as well. So there will definitely be plenty of opportunity for both inter-league and intra-league competition at SSB this year.
