With the $30 voucher for Back2Base I got from the SSB I'm thinking of buying some of these www.back2base-ix.com/index.php?_a=viewProd&productId=10 Probably 20 of the 25mm and 5 of the 40mm bases for the team I'll take to the Dungeon bowl cup. Will still have some credit on the voucher and if anybody wants some more of the dungeon bases let me know. |

Chris,
Those are what my Skaven are based on (the ones you played against in Round 6).
I'm really happy with how they look with my team. They're also super simple to paint. Just basecoat a dark grey and then drybrush a few lighter greys over the top.
At that point you can stop as they look good just like that. However, I'm going to have a go at adding some moss to them (using various coloured Woodlands Scenics ground cover) as well as some water effects to give a real murky dungeon feel.

Well I'll order a whole bunch of them and if anybody else wants some we can sort something out. I love making up counters and markers, so if you have some spare they might be useful in making of teleporter markers or something similar for dungeon bowl... |
