Septembers White Dwarf will be containing both a FREE plastic Orc Nob AND FREE plastic Space Marine Terminator and to compliment these generous freebies the Dice and Deck in conjunction with the 'Mildura WAAAAAGH' Wargaming club will be running a painting competition.
Here are the details:
You will need to buy a copy of Septembers White Dwarf Magazine in order to be able to enter (The Dice and Deck will be selling these White Dwarfs at 10% off (or there abouts, $10)
The entry fee will be $5 with which you can enter either or BOTH free miniatures.
The miniatures can be reposed and have minor alterations done to them but must still clearly be recognized as the original models.
They must be entered on their original bases although they may be based in any way you see fit.
Judging will be performed by Ashley Hall (The Dice and Deck) and Scott Norris (Mildura WAAAAAGH) and be based on the figures painting and modeling merit.
The prizes will be a copy of the Assault on Black Reach game in a box (The replacement for BFM, and trust me, its a very nice replacement) and a limited edition Marine figure for 1st place. A 40k codex will be awarded to 2nd place whilst there will be some bonus prizes for those who have a good spin on the entry.
Money to be paid to The Dice and Deck.
For those Mildura WAAAAGH gamers get your money and entry to Scott and he will get it down here if you can not make it personally.
