Thats right, these school holidays theme is simply '500pts'!
The store supports many systems and every one has an army or group available for one or more of these systems but as of late some of these systems have sadly been ignored. These holidays we hope to remedy this!
The concept is simple:
You bring in 500pts of armies, platoons, warbands, gangs... whatever and you play. You play till your knuckles bleed from gripping the dice, you play till the paint has rubbed off your miniatures, you play till you go blind by reading the numbers of so many rolled dice but most importantly you play till you simply can not stand any more fun!
Bring in a 500pt 40k army, Fantasy army, F.O.W. army, Mordheim Warband*, Necromunda Gang**, Warmachine Battlegroup, Bloodbowl team***,Haloclix Force, LOTR Force, Pirates Fleet..... anything else you care to play as long as it plays to the 500pt rules and can be played within the generic time limit of 2 hours.
You can change lists, armies, races, fleets, gangs whatever between games. Hell if you really wanted to you can cross systems.. whatever as long as those models you have put so much time and effort into get used!
Each game is fresh off the bat so there is no gaining of warbands, gang or team experience.
We understand that just about everyone will have a 40K army but lacks in certain other systems so to help fix that problem and get you playing as many different games as possible for the entirety of the first week of holidays there will be 10% off Warhammer Fantasy, LOTR, Haloclix and Pirates!!!
Now theres no excuse for you to get stuck in!

For every 500pt game you play we will tally up the points as follows:
Win 5pts
Draw 3pts
Loss 1pt
For playing multiple systems you get bonus points:
1 system no bonus
2 systems 10%
3 systems 20%
4 systems 30%
5 systems 40%
etc etc
The top 3 with the most points at the end of these school holidays will recieve some great prizes. There is also going to be all sorts of other stuff happening and giveaways just to really make these 2 weeks fricken awesome!
As you can see we are really encouraging you to play as much stuff in as many different games as possible!
