Wii is by far the superior system when it comes to game interactivity and of course social interactivity. All the other systems have traded that for horse power.... Most people will argue that the online aspects of the other systems makes them more social 'we are connected to the global community'!
But I laugh, all those games are played for sheep stations and proving that you are better than someone else. Fun, yes but really thats what they come down to... You even get a gamer score to prove how good you are (or how much of a life you dont have)....

In the same way that WoW is more social than D&D because you're playing with thousands of people rather than 5 or 6 huh?  Yeah, Gotta laugh. I Was never interested in console gaming until the Wii came out. Now the wife wants one too!  We got to play one for the first time last night at a friends place, Awesome fun, even if I did have to play left handed...  (OK, time for a NOT so funny photo - My back after a body surfing accident last monday...)  |

What were you playing on the Wii?
There are some absolutely awesome games on that and nearly all of them are multiplayer interactive!
Nintendo are definately the masters of play...

Jeebus.... whats the prognosis of that? Actually not as bad as it looks / sounds - It's a wedge fracture, so it's been crushed a bit, but there's no swelling on the spinal cord, so no real danger. Basically life as normal, but may get arthritic when I get older. More immediate problem is by right shoulder which is still pretty achy, but healing, so I should still get to do my Advanced riggers course at the end of the month ;D Two Words. "Pregnant Wife". 'Nuff said?   We only got a chance to play Wii Sports - Tennis and Bowling, the Missus got a crack at Golf and Baseball whist Phil and I drank beer around the pool... Saw a shooter being played with the Wii gun thingy too, looked pretty cool, and I've heard Metriod Prime is Awesome... Problem is the wife rekons we'll need a bigger telly too 58cm is fine for the amount we watch telly, but the Wii might require more. To keep with the pic theme, here's another.  |

Its a missile the Jet has just fired..... Actually Danny it's a flight deck, it's on a carrier... And general consensus is that the missile has come loose on landing, rather than having been fired, so SHOULD be unarmed - I still wouldn't want to be too close! |
