after a midseason bye round week 6 went ahead as planned. An all-in 4 on 4 dungeon bowl extraveganza was played, featuring the Hungry Hungry Ogres, Scurry Up, Da Ball Grabbaz and the home team the Blood Nuts. THe game was played in the underground catercombs of the Blood Nuts, under the grey mountains. THe skaven had the early impetus spreading out through the dungeon looking for the ball, unfortunately they discovered only boobytraps. THe dwarves found their way easily through the tunnels, but found themselves up against the experienced orcs of da ball grabbaz, who were more than happy to start laying into the home town teams. The dwarves held on well for a team well undermatched against the Orcs, and they fought bravely. With the Skaven troubled by exploding traps and the Orcs and Dwarves occupied the Ogres made their way through the dungeon at will, though at times they really had no clue what they were meant to be doing and spent significant amounts of time watching the plaster peel on the walls. The titchy little snotlings went largely unnoticed, that is until they found the ball. THe other teams diverged on their position and proceeded to lay the smack down on the titchy little buggers. Meanwhile the teleportation network in the dungeon was causing problems for all of the teams, with the vast majority of teams suffering serious problems keeping team members in the right place. Players kept popping in and out of existance at different parts of the dungeon, and quite often emerging from their teleportation experience surrounded in solid rock, awaiting extraction by magicians at the end o the match. Despite having their star troll arrested before the match, and missing two players with the flue, da ball grabbaz got the best of the ogre team and won the ball for their own. By this stage however the rats had them cornered, covering both exits. The dwarves and rats gave stopped killing eachother just long enough to make it impossible for the orcs to escape back to their endzone. Meanwhile the Ogres most valuable player was giving the orcs hell, holding them back single handedly. Just when the game looked to be in deadlock, with all teams focusing on the midle of the dungeon, the wizard referee introduced another ball to the dungeon, and the race began again. The sneaky rats found the ball, and headed off to their endzone, hoping to be the first to score and thus win the match. The Ogres had different plans though, and as this was happening an ogre knocked the ball loose from its orc cage and passed it off to a waiting snotling, who started racing to his endzone. Now there were two teams with a ball, racing to be the first to score. Knowing the snotling would score first the skaven charged after the snotling, bringing him down, and allowing the gutter runner with the ball a brief chance to score before the pursuing orcs and dwarves caught up with him. The gutter runner raced off and dashed under the legs of two ogres, who were diligently waiting at the skaven endzone. THe gutter runner stepped nimbly through the tackles into the endzone to score a TD to bring the match to a close after about 4 hours of play. Attachments:

It was an awesome game! Sort of like Bloodbowlapocalypse... There were planty of Bloodbowl minis on the table (about 45) with easily half of them no longer on the table by the end. Brilliant!
