Yep, more snow, although I'm not happy with the way it turned out  What're you talking about, Ive moved a couple of paint pots around ;D Boccage table still a work in progress. I'll finish it one day ;D |

Todays effort (so far). My second platoon of Finns ready to be cleaned up.  And 17 pounders for next week.  I've missplaced the goddamned bases for em' though. Buggerd if I can find em'  |

Well, it looks like I underestimated how many models I had to paint... It turns out it's 211 which is a few more than the 179 I thought I had and seeing I've only painted 83 of em' (managed three bases this week) that works out to run rate of 5.12 a day til the end of this month. Can't really see it happenin' with 128 to go... groan |

Well, finally have painted enough of the Finns to make a legal army out of em'.
So far I've got the Company command teams, A.T. teams, a full Jalkavaki platoon, a second (albeit minimum) Jalkavaki platoon, a machine gun platoon and one of the four T28's painted
I've started cleaning up the mini's of the 120mm mortar platoon as my next project...
Oh yeah... I spent fifteen minutes this afternoon painting a dozen Russian sub machine gunners. Got any more done Shane ;D

Finished painting that platoon of Russians on sunday afternoon. Just need to base em' now.
Undercoated that 120mm mortar platoon today, I'll start painting em' tomorrow.

A mostly footsloggin' infantry company, with a sizable contingent of artillery, and a smattering of captured Russian armour.
I've already painted the Company command teams and close defense anti tank teams, and have made a start on the first of two platoons... this leaves two platoons one platoon of infantry, two mortar platoons one mortar platoon, an artillery platoon and three two tanks left to paint.
179 models in total.
The plan is to have this army painted, based and up n' running by the end of March May this year... That's the plan, anyway ;D
Ok, I've added an anti-tank platoon to the army... so add them to whats left, it adds up to 84 models. Also, there's some armoured cars I've been looking at on the rack too.... Hmmm |
