Welcome to the fourth of the boards themed hobby competitions. If you have not already read all the rules and stuff about the competitions then it is strongly recommended that you do so here:
www.thediceanddeck.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=competitions&action=display&thread=920
This fourth competitions theme has been chosen by the previous competitions winner Ash. Those who know him will know him as being quite slack, laid back and generally doing things that he wants do do, when he wants to do them. This competitions theme is most fitting then.
EXAMPLES OF INTERPRETATION
Leisure speaks for itself. We play games using models representing soldiers, warriors and fiends doing what they do best; fighting. but what do these things get up to in their downtime?
Maybe they enjoy recreational sport, playing a game, watching a movie... maybe they themselves enjoy a good table top wargame?
There is much scope for exploration here. You could do something relatively straightforward, humorous or just plain obscure.
However you choose to represent the theme the idea of leisure must be central. If you are not sure then reply to this initial post and the moderator of this themed competition will get back to you.
Dates:
Starts Tuesday the 16th of Feb and runs until 11:59pm Sunday 21st of March.
22nd of March will see a poll being created for the public to vote on to determine who will win the right to choose the next competitions theme and of course the $50 GW online voucher.
