Well it was up to me to come up with the theme for this competition. You would think when I came up with the theme I would have something in mind.... wrong!

It has taken much soul searching to come up with an idea that fits the theme. I wanted this entry to be fun as well as tongue in cheek and I think my entry will do just that.

Unfortunately as I want this to be a surprise to the very end I will not let you good people in on what this is but be sure that I think you will enjoy it. I'll still post pics as I go along and if you happen to guess what it is all the better.

Now I guess it is time to raid my bits box yet again for some appropriate parts and maybe a venture to the arts and crafts store....

Oh, this time the entry will not involve Orcs!

I now have most of the parts that will be required in creating the two individuals that the scene will be focussing on. To give you a clue as to what this will all be about here are the parts I have gathered thus far:

2 sets of Chaos Marauder Legs
2 Chaos Marauder Heads
2 left and 2 right Chaos Marauder Arms
2 generic Space Marine Torsos
2 generic Space Marine packs
4 generic Space Marine shoulder pads

The scene will include a lush static grass base, a tree or two and some lighting effects that do not fit the usual type of lighting effects you see painted on miniatures....

Be warned that this diorama will not be very technically awesome as its more of a sh*ts and giggles entry. Still I think most of you guys will like it.....
