Test base done, will post pic this weekend. Nope, not fair!  You already have a test base done & I haven't even opened a blister yet  Still, there's no greater motivator than a challenge....after fear and money of course.....so I guess as 600pts is the right number for a small game then I guess I can give it a shot.  By the way, anyone else in for this challenge??? |

Well, I made an official (albeit sad) start today...
I cleaned up and arranged 7 miniatures on their two bases today.
Hopefully I'll get a bit more motivated by the end of the week. ;D

I just wrote out a quick list for next weekends game...
I'll be running...
An Infantry Co with two platoons (min... ah well, dig em' in )
3 Carrier patrols, one of which is made of Wasps
An AT platoon with 4 six pounders
An armoured platoon of Shemans with a Firefly
A platoon of Churchills
And a SP anti tank platoon of 4 M10's
Just have to paint 20 more foot sloggers, the AT guns n' crews, 3 carriers, and the M10's before next saturday.
Looks like the Falschirmjaeger are going on the backburner for another two weeks

Well, over the past two days I've managed to base one stand of guys, finish the four partialy painted ones and started basing the same This sees me with three more undercoated ones on my work bench, which I'll make a start on today (it's after midnight at the time of writing this ) If I pull my finger out, I might even base n' undercoat the rest of em'. I have a major drawback at the moment though... After playing (and beating Battlepriests puny Armoured Recon  ;D ) I've got a hankerin' to paint up a third platoon of Poms Still no pics |
