Say G'day, introduce yourself, describe your level of experience as a blood bowl coach and give us a sneakpeak at your upcoming teams.
I'm alex, I've been playing for about 12 years, am very rusty but have been trying to keep up to date with all the recent changes, and I'm very impressed with them sofar! Most of you reading this have had the joy of playing my high elves, but none have faced my soon to debut Vampires!

I'm Ash. Played maybe 5 games including my Girlfriend Meg who beat me in her first game... So i'm possibly not the best of coaches at the moment. I play Orcs, orcs and will probably play as more orcs. I may throw in a Troll there sometime soon. If I was to play another team it would probably be Goblins or Ogres. I really do not have high hopes of scoring too many TD's so my focus is to torture maim and kill the opposition. I hate girly elven teams of all descriptions. They pussy foot around you like fairies. However they do crunch good

Hey there. Darren here. Played about 4 games of BB. Teams are Dark Elves & Lizardmen. My Dark Elves suffer from the curse. Curse I hear you ask? The curse is rolling anything but a 1, DOH it is a 1 again. Lizardmen have yet to grace a pitch. Both are in the early stages of painting. Have been gaming on and off for the time I have known Alex. About 10 Years, mainly 40 K. Looking forward to maiming all pretenders of this Sacred Game Of BLOODBOWL. LETS GET READY TO RUMBLE !!!!!!! Ok now I am fired up and ready to hit someone, now where did I leave my helmet.

hello! Meg here, with a current running record of unbeaten (it doesnt matter that ive only ever had one game does it...i can still make that claim!!). anywho those who know me from my 40k and fantasy careers know theres only one kind of team i will field, that is of course Zombies! with a capital Z! in most games i pick up tactics alright but am let down when the dice gods frown upon me. ive already learned one vital tactic - showboating leaves you open to touchdown steals! ha ha ha!

Greetings I'm Stu, I've been playing Blood Bowl about as long as Alex just not as often. I've had my fair share of wins v. losses so with a few catch-up games under my belt I'll remember what I'm doing in this game!
I'm going to be playing Chaos Dwarfs as I had a fair amount of luck in the last league Alex started some time ago, may as well see if they've still got it.

Hobgoblins are awesome.
I love how they make a sickening pop as you squish them!

Howdy I'm GuppyShark (from Ausbowl and TFF among others) and normally play in the CCKUP. Now that that is in the off-season my thirst for blood (bowl) has driven me to look for new playing fields. I hope to pop in with a rookie Undead team and see how things are going, as soon as you can decide on what your game night is.

Hey Guppy, we just moved to wednesday. So plan on that until further notice! (other players don't join any other clubs that meet on wednesdays!). Will be great to have another brother with a love for the game! 16 zombies and lots of rerolls?

Howdy - I'm Nic, a friend of Brads, who game me a brief introduction into Bloodbowl the other day, and I'm all keen to get into it. Being rather new, Brad pointed me here, to what he describes as a "casual league". I'm hoping to come down sometime soon and having a few games. I collect Vampires for a WHF army, and figure that would make an easy step into a vampire bloodbowl team

Hey Nic, Vampires are one of the weakest few teams in Bloodbowl. The vampires are great players, but they really don't care for sport much, and are quite prone to just leave the pitch at the drop of a hat and go feed on some lovely spectator. If you have some ghouls, wights/grave guard, skeletons in your WHF army though you can proxy them as an undead blood bowl team, and this is one of the strongest and winningest of all BB races.
As Brad's probably told you we play on wednesdays, and most of us have only played 2 or 3 games so far this season, so it won't be hard to catchup. For an easy first game I suggest playing either Halflings or Goblins in our league, the little guys are easier to take down, and when they go down- they stay down- LOL.
hope to see you soon for a game, mate. alex.

howdy. Saw ash and another chap (norse team )playing blood bowl one friday night. It looked interesting, trawled around and looked into it, and the next week I bought some minis. So got them last night and looking forward to bringing some hurt to the field with my dark elf team. Have been reading the rules and think I understand whats going on. Still yet to play a game, so I'll be down wednesday this week I hope and squeeze a game in against someone maybe?
