Oh well. There are heaps of DnD figures out there to have custom rules made for so we should still see some of the guys who worked on those waves making stuff.
There is still hope that if Wizards are willing to sell the rights that another company may pick it up. Heaps of old games are making a comeback as other companies pick them up so I dont see it being too far fetched to see HS making a comeback in the next few years due to it's popularity... not popular enough to keep a large multinational happy but popular enough for the smaller fishes in the pond.
LONG LIVE HEROSCAPE!

So, could I reuse HS figs for Blood Bowl?
I have heaps of Elves, Werewolves, Romans, Gladiators, Robots, Orcs, Elemementals, lizardmen, dragons, etc etc etc

I do not see why you could not use them for Bloodbowl you would just need to find a suitable team to have them represent.

How do I find out what teams there are?
Do I have to avoid existing teams in the league?
Is there a webpage/site that explains all this?

I guess the best way is to download the rules. There should be a link in the Afoul section of the forums (ill post it later if you have trouble finding it but I'm in a rush right now...)
Nah, no need to avoid existing teams aslong as you are there to play and have a good time whatever team you bring will be a welcome addition.
I guess you are better off asking the commisioner alex your questions. Just post it up on the Afoul board.
