As I've mentioned in the club, the Flood Bowl supporting QLD disaster relief is this Saturday!

FloodBowl is being held as part of the SA FloodWar event (more details can be found at www.wargamerau.com/forum/index.php?showforum=358) which is gamers all over Australia playing different systems and holding events to raise money for the Queensland Premiers Flood Appeal.

The streets of our faire city are jam packed with water, debris, floating cars and now fans eager to see some Street Bowl!
Street Bowl is a variation of the Games Workshop game Blood Bowl, played 7 aside on the streets of cities all across the Blood Bowl world. Not only is it a great game but the rules are available for free! To keep in the theme of the event, there will be a special Kick Off table and in-game events to splash some flavour into your match.
Teams can be constructed from any BB race to a value of 600 gold using the restrictions laid down in the Street Bowl rules. Team sheets to be submitted to the TO on the day before Game 1.
It will be a progression format using Star Player Points and Injuries, Swiss Draw as well as the innovative �Cheat For Charity� system! Tokens will be available for purchase which will have effects on your team/game (details TBA)
Miniatures do not need to be painted but it would be nice. They do need to be a good representation of your team though and positionals should be easy to pick out.
Pitches will be provided for every coach that signs up, you only need your miniatures, Block Dice (if you have them, some may be available to be borrowed on the day), 2 d6 and a d8 and you are ready to play!
