We all know getting good mini photos is tricky - You need plenty of light, and can't use flash, right? Wrong! I Discovered that flash is easy to use, and use well, with under 2c worth of extra equipment... A sheet of paper! Yes, You read correctly, a plain white sheet of A4. I Found the following thread on a photography forum, look for the 3rd post down. www.thephotoforum.com/forum/showthread.php?t=123371How easy is that?! I Actually tested it with a Point n shoot camera too, not just a DSLR, and it still works. The following were taken WITH FLASH from about 20cm away on my little old A95 Point n Shoot... I Used a half a sheet of A4, full sheet is fine on a DSLR, but a bit unwieldy on a P&S. You can tell there's flash, and it's not perfect, it's better to NOT use flash, and find decent lighting, but that's not always cheap or practical, so at a pinch this produces very acceptable results, at a dirt cheap price!

Those old Airfix paratroops are realy starting to show their age, eh! Yeah, The airfix ones were $hite.... Chunkier, crappy plastic which is harder to paint, poor poses... The Italeri stuff is FAR superior...
