In regular play forgeworld is ok, just ask your opponent first. I really do like seeing all the stuff that GW dont produce themselves as plastic or metal.
As for tournaments...
Im not sure. It seems like its ok but no flyers or super heavies.
Ill see what others have to say about it..

The old Russ isnt as great as it used to be with the 'Str 4 weapons and under as defensive classed ruling'
Heavy bolters no longer a defensive weapon which means in order to fire the sponsons no more shooting.
So Crusaders are now even more awesome!
Damn you Templars.... DAMN YOU!!!!
By the way my marines are now Templars lead by a Salamanders character... hehehe
