yay! hoorah for faster internet!
after 3 years at 512 down I've upgraded to a plan with the same DL quota, tripple the speed and get this: $15 LESS a month!? And they've even waived the upgrade service fee at the moment. Only thing better than that was they decided to charge me last month's traffic at the new lower rate too?

Speed is a measure of Distance / Time. What you mean is that your bandwidth is triple what it used to be! </nitpick> |

well the simpletons at telstra finally got my phone line on, and thus my internet.
Unfortunately I've come down all ill, chickenpox (well shingles actually) so while you'll see me back on here for now I won't be out and about in the real world for a couple more weeks.
Thinking of maybe getting myself a magic deck next time I'm over there, if anyone is around to teach me how to play.

Do they charge a fee to carry you over from a current provider?
I on Telstra, 1.5mbps, 12gig shaped, $80 a month...
As you can see you are easily getting the superior deal.
