As long as your opponent agrees to it then I do not see any problems with it.
It will not be tournament legal though.

Yeah, but that makes sense dealing with the fact that they are basing it on Judge Dredd.
I did not look at all the stuff but did the 'judges' have selective ammo on their lawmakers?
