This is an awesome game type that allows you to start off with a really small force of troops and slowly build them up. A great way for new players to get involved! Heroes and troops can get experience, parties get reinforcments and promotions are in the offer for your better troops! Expressions of interest for playing some battle companies games in Lord of the Rings. Will possibly turn into a league of sorts. Check out the rules here: uk.games-workshop.com/thelordoftherings/battle-companies/1/Just reply with the Warband of your choosing!

actually in the rules dat i have u can hire em but im not to sure wether u can anymore, but for a moria list u start off with 4 goblins with spears 4 goblins with bows and 4 goblins with swords and shield and im not to sure wat isengard has.

its 6 uruks. 3 with shields and 3 with orc bows
its a decent starting force, considering uruks have pretty high fight and whatnot for basic foot troops

Ahh... Uruk Hai. They are my preferred force in the lord of the rings. I need to get a few more things before I can field a decent force but since this thread is about battle companies that fact does not matter.

Dont go with da elves trust me they are eay to hard to use at the start as u only get 5 elves to start off with although if u keep playing with the same force they will b awsome but for the first 4 or 5 games you will more then likely loose but its up to u
