Start saving your pennies now as there is the confirmation of the Plastic Shadowsword and a date: MARCH 09!!! Here is a translation of the German Text (maybe Andy could verify?) Even though we associate the Apocalypse with the end of all things, for Warhammer 40.000 that is far from the truth - March will see plenty of new Apocalypse releases, among them a brand new super heavy tank. That is correct, the Shadowsword shown above is not a Forgeworld model, but a new plastic kit! And the best thing about it: this is only one out of six superheavy variants, that you can build with parts from the box! How cool is that!

And the first of the variants in the box; I present the Doomhammer! The other known variant is the Stormlord with Vulcan Mega Bolters and troop transport capacity... And its all but been confirmed the Ork Stompa is hitting shelves about mid year!

the three variants i know of in that box are the Stormlord, Shadowsword and Banehammer. The stompa should be kool, but what they really need is some gargantuan creatures! Plastic Gargantuan Squiggoth ftw!!!!!

The turbo laser destroyer apears to have a bore extractor, which is pretty futile on a laser weapon...

A bore extrator is the "can" thing half way up the barrel of the weapon.
It's function is to, as the name suggests, extract the fumes created upon firing the weapon and suck em' out the non tank end of the barrel so the crew don't end up choking to death...
Now... seeing it's a "laser", it has no freekin fumes, so why does it have a bore extractor. Obviously GeeDub designers don't know much about tank weaponry ;D

Ah! but it could be for extracting the superheated air caused by the firing of the laser, or the fumes from the incinerated detritus that might have accumulated between firing.

The term "SI/FI" would tend to suggest that it may be presumed that the word science referees to fact or at the very least theories based on it. "ergo" "vars" "I have no idea what I am saying"
( I think, There for am TOTALLY CONFUSED)
