Today the Black Box arrived in store and contained some of the cool new Lizardmen Sprues including the mighty Stegadon!
This beast is absolutely brilliant. It is a fair bit larger and chunkier than the old model and best of all its plastic!
As you already know it can be built into three varieties of Stegadon; Regular, Ancient and Engine of the Gods. All of them look a fair bit different from the others especially the Engine with its awesome, well, Engine of the Gods on its back.
We also have the book in store for all the members to have a preview of. The new Lizardmen rules are absolutely badass. If you wanted you could make a pretty hard hitting army with many impact hits on the charge by including many Stegadons as Mounts for Heroes, Specials and Rares.
Unfortunately I can not give too many details about what is in the book but I will say I am very thankful with how the Chameleon Skinks have changed. No more surprise releasing of my fanatics!
The army has 2 absolutely nuts Slann Characters too....

HHHMMM! a cavalry based army using large hard hitting creatures, that cause terror! that can be used for three different unit choices, this i might have to do and just so i've got some some ground pounder's a couple units of skinks or maybe 2 units of saurus's! well i will just have to wait and see what can be done,
AND BEFORE ANYONE CAN SAY IT YES! IT'S GONNA BE A CHEESE LIST!

I dont think it would be too cheesy. Will have its weakness such as each Stegadon only being unit strength 10. However give them a certain magic item and they get 2d6+ impact hits!
Throw in a bunch of cold one cavalry, a couple of slann and a unit or two of Skinks with Kroxigors attached and you could have a nice little army to piss people off.

Why not aye? After feeling the sting of the Lash and Kharne on Saturday I think everyone deserves the right to piss people off  Just jokes. But seriously, build your army the way you want. You might annoy some people at first but use it a few times and people will work out its weakness. |

Hahaha yeah you got lashed pretty bad on saturday  Ive got a few things pre-ordered online and lookin forward to it. I can also i agree with Ash that the Engine of Gods is going to pwn face. |

We really need to get Goon and Shippy to play. That would be an awesome game to witness. Two of the best players I know (then theres Oliver by 3 ways get messy) both fielding Chaos Armies.... God it would be a good game to watch!

Oh just to play anytime i like now thats what i would do if i was allowed but the Chaos gods are fickle and dont reward me..... well enough anyway lol.
Im realy thinking of building a army for warhammer but i need so much and so little time before the Chaos gods take me away....

Move to Renmark you fool if you want to play. We have a store thats open 5 days a week and you can get some games (when the heat has died down)

lol i wouldnt mind moving to renmark, providing i could find work and a way to get to adelaide frequently to visit my friends. Also goon jsut needs him some movement trays and he can rank up the daemons fine. Maybe even the LotR ones but i think the gaps in those are a bit bigger than ideal.

Simple, Bus trip, $40 return, takes about 3.5 hours but its a pleasant trip. As for work... There is usually jobs for security etc down here. Check out Australian Job Search!
Move trays are easy to make and there are also plenty of places that have trays with circular holes in them designed for the exact purpose of multi game daemons.

lol i didnt really want to do security wherever i moved, and to do it in SA ill have to get my licence carried over which will be another $140+ lol
A desk, retail or IT job would have been more my thing. ohwell ill see what happens
