Its been a while since there has been an entry into Dirt Cheap Games but I have refound this little pearler (well looks like one) of a game. The Rules are free. People would argue that the 'mini bricks' (read: Lego) is expensive but just about everyone has some lying around. Even if you are not interested in this type of thing (shame on you) still give it a glance as it is very darned humorous! Unfortunately it would seem that the creators of this game do not like Gungans. They always get a bad rap! www.brikwars.com/rules/2005/title.htmI may give the set a play as I have a few pieces of the new castle Lego about the place and with more on the way. I can not resist Lego Trolls

The Lego Millenium Falcon is pretty sweet. You can watch some cool stop motion films of one being built on Youtube.
I am more of a Castle person myself, might be a bit kiddy for some but thats how I roll!

I was fondling the Lego website lastnight and man there is some cool stuff. I really like the minikits they bring out. You know the ones in the tiny square boxes. So cute! I was keen to see how the Millenium Falcon Kit was assembled so I had a crack at downloading the instruction manual... its a huge file, about 150megs! 5000+ pieces! The Death Star 2 Playset is pretty impressive too.... I already have one plastic addiction, another one would just plain break the bank... until I get a job that is

Would any of you fine chaps be up for a game of this sometime just for the hell of it? I'm off to pick up another one of the small castle sets today. This one has a Troll!
I feel like I am 10 years old again....

I'll see your brickarms and raise you a BrickGun www.brickgun.com/ ;D The lad and I have played a couple of games with his lego - I like the Mars Station range, and they have tall skinny green aliens to shoot :-)

There are some cool guns on Youtube that you can make too. Desert Eagles etc and they shoot little flat plates (lego ones)
I like the Mars Station stuff. Possibly the next set I collect. At the moment though its the Castle range. Trolls, Humans and Dwarfs... All can be used in Brikquest; the lego RPG!
