I am likely bringing a whole lot of beer to share at alcopocalypse, if I have time I'll brew it up to your preferences. Since I might do two difference batches you can choose two options in the poll.

Well if I am planning on drinking it in bulk I would like to be safe in my choice so have gone the pale type. I'm always open to something new though.
Nice poll options by the way!

Done right any beer is good in bulk, smooth creamy and fresh with no after taste and only delicious malty goodness with a hint of hops, so something like a porter can be great in bulk, infact I think the more you drink darker beers the more you want them.
If people are feeling adventurous we could do one normal pale ale (or whatever is most popular in the poll) and something more adventurous for seconds, which would be good to have something a bit bolder for the second keg as your taste buds need a bit of a wake up after a few brews.

well the fukk monkey option would probably suit you best then, lol. FTR IMX the most highly thought of styles by beer experts are stouts and belgians, with IPAs right up there too (my fave).

thanks for those who voted, looks like I'll make a nice pale ale and a slightly stronger maltier one too as a bit of a changeup.
anyone else weighing in?

A batch I brewed a couple of weeks ago was such a success I've decided to keep it to bring to Alcopocalypse for youall. Its a smooth mild straw coloured english ale, with a malty flavour, very low bitterness a subtle hint of hops a nice grainy freshness and no aftertaste whatsoever. Its in the keg, cool fizzy and ready to go!

Never heard of it, where do you get your information from? Just poured the first glass of the belgian brown ale, its strong with a burnt malt flavour, lots of bitterness and some interesting esters and phenols from the genuine belgian yeast. A bit much for you blokes yet, but give me time and you'll be sucking down a beastly brew like this and begging for more.
