Something new that has been discussed at the riverland Gamers Guild is the possibility of LAN's every Saturday. For the past few weeks a few of the local compy gamers have been bringing in their laptops etc for impromptu LAN sessions over the weekends.
Saturday will now be the official day for the LAN's and 2 of the gaming tables will be clean and the hubs set up. $5 to bring in your computer for the day and hook up, free if you are a member of the club.
Bigdave is going to sort out an official list of games (he is the head of comp gaming after all) so you know whats best to bring these Saturdays but so far its been mainly AOE 3, Dawn of War, C&C...... But he is keen to get Diablo 2 started.
Club opens at 11pm and closes when the store next door does
