Well my time in the Riverland is near its end. Its a fitting end really. I have known I would be leaving for a few months now but as it was not concrete it was kept under cover. You all may have noticed me doing less and less around the place. That was to cut back on the amount of reliance the club had on me and its good to see some people taking up those loose ends.
Keep it going. Its up to you guys now. Run some events, hold an alcopocalypse every now and then to raise funds etc.
I have secured really good employment back in Adelaide and shall be moving there shortly. Will be back every now and then no doubt.
Will still be maintaining and posting on these boards and they will see a slight change in the coming weeks. Have already seeded a new club ( I like to work fast) and all you guys are more than welcome to drop by and attend events I put on.
Keep posting and all that jazz.

Lol... great, and I was looking forward to moving to adelaide next year for uni. Ugh there goes the neighborhood.
At least I'll have someone to occasionally game with up there.

Is Adelaide cloaser than Melbourne?

I'm settling in back home. Net is back on at my house so I can still get on here and rouse Dodo from time to time.
Renmark-Mildura and now Adelaide I'm sure the gaming club will just keep getting bigger and better.
I'm sure there'll be a contingent to come up from Adelaide for events so on to bigger and better things!

Im not sure exactly where I am moving yet, will know hopefully this week and I'll PM you Pup, we may be able to gettogether for a game of ATZ??
So Alex, you sorted out what will be your BB night yet?
I'll get a team together (Orcs ofcourse), I have started planning out a gaming club too with a get together night during the week sometime. Something that does not clash with the other Adelaide gaming clubs too much. Got any suggestions let me know via PM.
and everyone, I'll still be admining these boards and doing all sorts of stuff around the place.

don't know yet, I'll be starting work tomorrow and will start to learn what they plan to do with me and when (I'm only working 3 days a week, but at first while training etc will probably be pretty much full time, or changing around without much spare time.
Will be able to sqeeze in games no doubt, but not sure which REGULAR day of the week it will be for a little while yet.
Planning on pulling the board out ASAP, depending on how much of a culture shock it is to actually have to w o r k and how many days I'm working next week for example.
