Hello gamer-type people! The name is Matt. Just moved back to Mildura in January this year after a decade in Melbourne. Am suffering some from some SERIOUS lack of gaming. I'm into wargaming (i'll have a crack at pretty much any GW game, i've played Warhammer Fantasy, 40k and Blood Bowl most... even have a copy of the ancient Advanced HeroQuest! Also like to have a shot at some historical stuff) and roleplaying (WFRP, D&D, LoTR, White Wolf, Shadowrun, L5R, Star Wars, Mechwarrior (D6 and d20) plus too many more to list!). I'm VERY keen to get into some regular gaming. In particular i'd like to get a new group together to run a roleplaying game for. Have been playing and GMing for 15 or so years. Also interested in some casual wargaming too and even a tournament if i get off my butt and paint some mini's! This is a long post, so i'd better wrap it up! Cheers!

Nope, this is a new Matt. I did roleplay/wargame in Mildura quite a bit way back in da olden days however ;-)
I have the basic set of 4e D&D books, have read some of the PHB but never played! Played a lot of 2e, 3e and 3.5e myself.
I'd prefer to GM a game but am ok with playing also - As long as i get my gaming fix i'll be happy! As for nights, i'm pretty flexible. More importantly i'm reliable. If i say i'll be at a session at 6:30pm Friday night, i'll be there at 6:29pm on Friday night. No flaky gamer here! lol
Anyway. Many other roleplayers in Mildura?

Theres a few, my regular group hasnt met in ages though since we all work casual bar 1 of us. which means our work schedules always conflict. If you play warhammer get your ass down to the mildura church of christ, on the corner of deakin accross the road from fishers car park. We meet in hall there every monday night at around 5ish to play 40k

Ash you pump out more threads than a spider on crack.
Oh yay! Another tyranids army to get assaulted by on the first turn. Dont worry about having stuff unpainted, no one else does.
