Where did you hear about this happening to the other Marine Chapters?
The only reason BA's got a WD list is it was a homage to the original list along with the original DA's list coming out at the same time (in the same book too, I still have my copy of Angels of Death). It's all in chapter approved at about that time....
Now question when was the last time SW's got a codex?
Seems like they are being ignored and hence the Chapter Master thing. Means they do not have to apply so much dev time or money to the project. Also means by starting to do this they can use the same idea to produce masters for other chapters....

Thats irelevant. Its the logical progression, why would they decide to then just keep making those 2 codexi when theyre already doing it to the other chapters. It may not happen straight away but if this is the path of the future, as retarded as it is, it will only be a matter of time before DA and BT get the WD treatment.

Let me clear this up a little bit. I never said who I was on the phone too, why I was calling them, or even the context of the conversation.
The phone call was to Mr Bullshit, and this has been another production of the Ashley bullshitters association but I would like to say thanks to a few people who played on the original idea and added a few ideas themselves.
We now bow to all those who bought this steaming pile of pure rubbish for the past 30 days and bid you adieu.
But who knows... Maybe we have predicted the future... They are certainly doing something similar with the new Guard Codex... commanders of different regiments giving bonuses in regards to their selections, rules, options...

Not exactly a fair comparison. I was pissed off because i thought my army which id invested 100's of dollars into making, specifically because i loved their back story and way they play was about to get shafted. Dont group me with all those wankers who think everything should be watered down and politically correct, those complete morons who want to do shit like change the lyrics to Ba Ba Black sheep to Ba Ba Rainbow Sheep and band christmas from schools and kindergartens because it might be offensive to those who dont celebrate it (cus.. you know... that makes sense when every other aspect of the community is celebrating it and christmas related shit is on every tv and radio station).
