Foiled again.
The other week I had the awesome idea of using a Stompa to be the launch pad for a few Deff Coptas... Its already been done!
Gyah!
Well looks like I will just do it better then!
The challenge is on!
All I need is another stompa bringing my future Stompa total to 6!

Nah, I'll just beat them at their own game. I'll build it better but will not paint it better as I kinda suck a bit. I like more simple jobs that are quick to achieve. The Gargant will be launching Grot guided mini suicide bommers  |

Kool. I still think you should put squig launchers on there somewhere though  whats better than a guided bomb? one that can run at the target if it doesnt hit. |

Well the new Imperial Guard Valkyrie has been released and I have been having a good hard look at the kit. I am going to Loot the hell out of it!
Add Deffcopta Props to the front of the wings, grot bombs to the underside of the wings, widen the cockpit to fit the pilot and make it look bulkier, add a stack of bombs to the insides and add some orc gunners with the Loota Guns. Will make it look mean indeed.
Will probably make two as it will look just so damned cool sitting on a purpose built orc runway!
This may also mean my project for tale of gamers may change to an orc city... Will cover a 6x4 table and have all sorts of cool features such as modular boards so I can detail it to the max, a sludge river, command fortress, squig pens, barracks, gun emplacements... All using the city fight terrain and soon to be released planet strike terrain!
Dangnamit... so many wants....

Finally got the pics off of the camera! Have not made a whole lot of progress on these three other than the fact that the DeffRoller is undercoated and the wreckerloota Stompa is just about complete. Will have them at least dry brushed before Alcopocalypse as they are what I am using! Anyways these are older shots but you can see what I have been upto...   The Rockinrolla is looking a little bit skinny in these shots. It has recieved a lot of reinforcing and looks quite a bit chunkier now. Will take some shots at the club tomorrow! |

Some pics of exactly what stage they are up to:  Well this is the wrekkin Ball arm and as you can see there are all sorts of stuff all over it. I detailed how I made the ball itself in an older post. The rest of the arms construction are all manner of bits from my bits box with a fair bit coming from an Orc Battlewagon. You can see there is some space in the 'control room', this is where a grot controller will eventually control the ball from  Here be the Megashooters and wot nots. On the shoulder you can see the beginnings of the Deff Arsenal. More guns are yet to be added to this as well as a few rokkits just for flavor.  The Goff Rokkin Rolla is one of my favourite Stompas yet. Its big and looks chunky. I am really pleased with how this one turned out.  Side view of the Rokka. I augmented the engines/motors with some spare dozer blades I had lying around. The engine now looks bigger with the addition of the rudimentary boiler. More power the better yes?  Something Meg has been working on... no comment... I have just purchased yet another Stompa. This new one will be turned into a Goff Klaw Stompa which can assault 12 inches! Mwa ha ha ha haaaaaa! |

Started work on my fourth Stompa today. Body and feet completed so tomorrow will see me working out the claws and attaching them on. I am really wanting to use this for Alcopocalypse so the heat is on!
